Paper Making Workshop with the Manchester Embroiderers Guild

We spent a whole day making exquisite and delicate papers. The students worked away merrily and choose from ready prepared cotton and recycled, colourful paper pulp.
We demonstrated techniques and shared lots of paper making ideas which students promptly had a go at. Maggie talked about her experienceof making plant papers in Japan.

Take the opportunity to make paper at Beetlefelt Studio on Sunday 19th April 2014 10am-2pm

“Thank you. I finished my 2 pots I started at the workshop, and now on a third and plan to do lots more. I hope this will motivate me to clear my wardrobe of all those clothes, scarves etc that I never wear but can't part with - by recycling them into pots!”
Liz

“I really enjoyed the course. I have nearly finished one of the baskets and I will definitely continue basket weaving.” Claire
