Carol's 50th Birthday

During November I celebrated my 50th birthday with a bonfire party. It was relaxing to sit around a bonfire chatting with friends and it was just what I wanted. We enjoyed chilli (a bit hot) and baked spuds from the fire (a bit burnt) and a tasty cake.

Thank you for your continued encouragement and support for our workshops it is always good to get feedback. Please continue to let us know how we can improve and what other workshops you would like to see on offer.

My camera nearly melted taking this photo!

Rag Rug Workshop

with Maggie Holland

A lovely way to spend a morning at Beetlefelt Studio. Students enjoyed choosing suitable coloured fabrics and then cutting and ripping them up. The fabrics were then transformed into wonderful rug samples using the hooky and proggy techniques.

We are now taking bookings for our next Rag Rugging Workshop which is on Saturday 18th January 10am-1pm, £30.

We are running a series of Mixed Media Workshops during the year. You can book onto the next series of four workshops starting on Tuesday 21st January 10am-12pm, £64.
